Talk about a book hitting the nail on the head! I have battled negative diet chatter my whole life. This book has had such an impact on the way my life used to be for me. Dr. Lisa reminds us just how powerful our minds are. She also shares her personal struggles with food addiction and many more with their struggles as well. Dr Lisa points out how we eat plays such an important role in quieting the diet chatter. Tools are such an important part to quiet the mindless chatter and she gives her reader’s an arsenal of them. This is a must read for all who want to achieve mind, body and soul coming into balance. After reading this book I can actually say I feel more at peace and I believe I am a happier person!
